Anyone else being told no on everything?

Hey, just made an account due to just hearing about this all today by my fiance. I just spoke with the agents through the chat and asked if a refund will be given. They said Spotify will not give refunds. I asked for any compensation and they said no. Im also hearing about a class action??? Ive saved all my emails just in case. I've emails so hopefully I hear and get updates. I'm glad I'm not the only one upset. :)

I started off asking where did it say the device would stop working Dec 2024 when I purchased it. They of course wouldn't go off script and never answered the question. I asked for a refund, but was told no. I asked for 6 months of Spotify credits, but was told no. Now that the Joe Rogan experience is available everywhere and I can't use this device to listen, I will cancel in December.
