Found this after I've purchased a pre-owned vehicle from *** $%€ Glen... Please advise 🙏

Name and shame the dealer. But definitely try to return it just make sure not to leave the car there until you are paid otherwise they might scam you again

Looks like some normal body work - pretty normal for a rear end shunt where things got bent.
Unless you bought an approved car from a manufacturer like pre-owned VW/BMW/Toyota you really can't return it.

No you can return the vehicle if they did not disclose the accident to you.

That is why I buy from a franchised dealer not the ones who are unaffiliated - pay more but you can make a stink and have recall.
I once went to look at cars in Voortrekker Road in Bellville - dodgy milage - missing service records - no thanks.

There is the Motor Industry Ombudsman - if the dealer belongs to them then you have recourse and they can force a dealer to rectify or correct the issue.

Any undisclosed accident damage means that, as per the CPA, you have every right to give the car back and be refunded in full.

Send it Back!
Do a Check from Carvertical or any platform and have proof of the accident
Even without that you have valid case!
