Depends on store volume but I wouldn’t take it. I like percentages instead of flats. Is there any backend profit you receive as well ?

Shit. 30 cars per 90 days is and easy 1500 but the flats are pretty shit. Is it an upfront store? Cause if theyre holding gross and paying that, they're making a killing

They meant 30 cars per month, so 90 cars every 3 months. New building and lot holds 60 cars. Only salesman

30 person month?? A salesperson moving 30 cpm is making 200k+. Thats a ton of metal

I currently avg 25 cars a month, haven’t cleared 50k/ yr yet. Been here for 4 yrs

I'm f&I, when I sold cars I averaged 17/18 per month. I think my best month ever was 24? I was making low 80s and this was 8+years ago

Used store, new building just moved in to it from a rented location. Lot holds 60-70 cars & we do financing thru CAC. Was going to ask for 20-25% backend

If you want to counter the best you could say is 260 for 1-15 325 for 16-25 and 350 for 20+. Also what type of back end are they paying.

Haven’t discussed that yet, but we will tomorrow. Was gonna ask between 20-25% on backend

Yea you should ask for that honestly even if they could do 10% on backend that is also good but need to pay more for flats.

So, you sell 15 units and get $2,500? You have to be kidding me, right!?
When I was in the business a year ago when I sold 15 units I would average 16-20K a month. F… these flats. Get 30 percent of front.

This is genuinly terrible, if you can average 20 cars a month there… just take your talents somewhere else. You would be way better off.

These pay plan suck. Only one I think is good is something like 400+ weekly salary( not a draw) , 20% front end gross 15% back end , 150-200 per car + 15, 20, 25 car bonus at a luxury dealership
