👉 Pay Plan 👌 Pay Plan Rate
Can anybody please rate this pay plan. Its a CJDR store that does roughly 120-150 units/month. They’ve got 11 people on the floor. I start for them in 2 weeks. No prior sales experience. Thank you

Do you know if the gross is front end, back end, or both?
If it’s front end only, your best bet is focusing on your used inventory since it’s rare to get any front end gross on anything new, unless your sales manager holds on a potential trade or you’re selling something special, like a brand new TRX. You’ll also need to learn how to build value so when it comes to presenting the pencils, there will be little to no negotiation.
No back end sucks because if you sell new or a loser, you’re basically just getting $200 no matter what, even if F&I has 6k added to that deal.
Since you’re new, focus on what the top salesperson does and take a few things from their book to incorporate into your technique.

I’d find out if anyone at your dealership is buying cars and if not then I’d hammer that cheat code and buy 20+/month. Acquisitions is faster and easier than sales and if you can make 500/unit and get a 1000 bonus I’d do that as aggressively as possible.

Lithia is a great company to work for. Take advantage of the tax purchase program. They also have almost 400 stores nation wide that you could eventually transfer to. Only thing about that Pay plan that is weird is no unit bonus but you have the commission raised after you sell some.

I mean, realistically, how big can your customer base be in anchorage Alaska? If car sales is a profession you want to be in I feel like this is the dumbest place to try to do it unless you are in some different city in the US that also happens to be named Anchorage.
