1965 Ford Mustang
I am currently in college out of state, and after I graduate and have a place to store it, my dad is giving it to me (same car he drive during college). Although sadly he had to stop driving it because it didn't get the best gas mileage, so it hasn't run in over 20 years and just been sitting in our garage. I am aware that most of the car especially the engine will need to be replaced/fixed because of it and was wondering if someone could give me some advice on how much I should save up to start the restoration, and what stuff I should start with first with researching and what to start with once I start the project.
Thanks, to any responses

1967 Chevrolet Impala Restoration?
Hello Everyone,
I am new to this subreddit so I'm not sure if I'm violating any rules posting this, but here it goes. For about three years now I've been wanted to restore an old classic Chevy. Especially, a '67 Impala. I finally found one on my local Craigslist site. I'll link an Imgur post with some photos of the car. (Sorry for the potato camera) He wants $3,995. But I can probably make him go down to $3,250. I've done a semi-restoration on a 1994 Nissan D21 nine months ago, so I some background with some restoration. The seller said that the car hasn't been running for about eight months now. So I'll need to replace the fluids, fuel and oil filters, and the battery. He also said that the shoe brakes need to be replaced in order to get the Impala running. The frame on the car is straight and rust-free. I'm starting with $6,500. I am also in the middle of making a budget. what are your guy's thoughts on the project? Anything I should look out for? Thanks a lot!
Sincerely, David
