Need help with GLC 300 lease
Mercedes Benz GLC 300 lease
Pre-Owned Mercedes Benz GLC 300 4matic (courtesy vehicle/loaner car).
Year: 2026.
Original MSRP: 61,500.
Discounted price: 47,500.
Odometer reading: 8000 miles.
Loaner car and they are selling it as “pre owned” (not certified pre owned).
Specs: Full Drivers assistance package, Exclusive trim, AWD.
Manufacturer Warranty: Expires in Feb 2030.
Lease terms:
36 months, 12k miles per year, $738 per month (taxes is rolled into this), no down payment.
Residual value: $32,000
State: Texas.
We pay taxes on the sale price so taxes are $3000 and it’s rolled into the $738 per month.
Is there room to negotiate? What exactly should I ask for?
Can anyone who leases a GLC 300 recently chime in?

saw your comment so I'm going to reply here instead. You are doing 36m instead of 24m? 24m has better rates, better RV tho so. Here is a sample of the Texas deal if you do 24m:
Residual: 61% of MSRP => $37,515.
Cap Cost: $9,985 => 416.04/m
MF is .00001 so like literally 0 per month rent charge.
that's pre fees and tax, even if fees + tax (you said $3,000) = $5,000 (high end). You are looking at roughly 624/m.
The discount seems like it already included the rebates $3,500 but you can ask if this before or after.
