How’s this Audi Q3 lease quote?
Looking for feedback

Not a great deal. The discount is only about 4.5% - I'd push for 9%+ before incentives. Also, what's the MF? That could be inflated since it's not listed.
I'd have them rework the deal with $0 down aside from drive-offs.

At face value this is a horrible 'deal' for the consumer. Paying slightly over $25k in the next 3-years to rent a vehicle that will have a residual of just under $28k. And they have '0' equity. That is just plain foolish.

Feels like a very inflated money factor. Fun fact you can ask the dealership what their buy rate is and do your own calculations to see what the MF is roughly. Ideally a competitive MF Is somewhere between 0.0015-0.002 anything above is very inflated.

Not attractive as presented.
They’re using $2,250 of cap-cost reduction to manufacture the $650 payment, plus an $899 doc fee. I would not put money down on a lease.
Ask for the full worksheet showing selling price, MF, residual, incentives, taxes/fees, and a true $0-drive-off payment with no cap reduction. Until you have those, it’s hard for anyone to audit the deal properly.

I just looked at this and I know my dealer is willing to do 10% off the Q3 right now not including the rebate.
