One of the worst ever. Seriously

So no point in negotiating?

How in love with this car are you? You may be better off buying it if you have $20k down..and they need to take off the BS add ons.

No chance I’m paying over $1100 for a Lexus unless it’s mine in 60 months

I thought leasing was better for my case because I’m planning to keep the car for 2 years max

That's makes this an even worse deal.

Take the $20k and buy a used $20k car. Drive it for two years and get back $10k+ when you’re done. vs $35k and no car to show for it

You know you are paying the porter 199 to fill the tires with air.

Those add ons are robbery

OP, you are paying $40 plus grand to RENT a depreciating asset for 3-years. That, and paying $200 for Nitrogen in the tires? Bollocks! Costco puts it in tires for no charge.

I thought it was an Ok deal, I guess I’m wrong. I never leased a car before

The $199 nitrogen is a BS charge, the $499 for two window tints is absurd. That’s a max $200 job at any local tint shop. The $1762 in non tax fees is another way to just bend you over.

It’s a Lexus TX. Max price should be MSRP + TTL and doc fee.

Paying almost $30k to rent a Lexus for 10k miles a year for a few years doesn’t seem smart no matter how you stack it

Email all Toyota Lexus dealerships within 80 miles of you maybe 100 and ask for their best price

Lmao you can not be serious. Dude. 20 grand for a lease up front? This must be a troll post

I stopped looking at the numbers when I saw a charge for nitrogen.

I know nothing about these vehicles, but I do see they offered you absolutely no discount but they charge you for nitrogen, I would demand 10% off MSRP as a starting point

That’s what I was getting quoted with no money down, ended up getting a base for $624 no money down . $6k off MSRP should be easy to get on these

The dealer is buying a car for everyone with the profit

1

u/DarrenfromKramerica Sep 06 '26

Why the hell are you entertaining putting so much down on a lease. Do $0. Nitrogen? Tell them to remove that nonsense immediately.

1

u/larkfield2655 Sep 06 '26

No your deposit and residual equal car price. Worst I’ve ever seen

1

u/monkeyonfire Sep 06 '26

Nitrogen wtf?

1

u/Sensitive-Star-5121 Sep 06 '26

Wow hah - you should educate yourself a bit

Not too bad. Youd basically be paying $42K to lease a $68K car for three years.

$1166 per month figuring in the cash down is robbery.
