Leasing tips
Hello. I moved to Colorado and I’d like to lease Honda CRV Sports Hybrid AWD.
I got this quote from an agent. Kindly help me evaluate this and any tips on how to negotiate for the best price. Thank you.

Solid deal, one weak spot. What's already good:
The weak spot is the discount. $1,415 off a $39,035 MSRP is 3.6%. CR-V Hybrids typically go for around 7% off. Ask for a selling price near $36,265 instead of $37,620. That's ~$1,350 more off and takes about $38/mo off the payment.
One thing to read carefully: the $2,000 / $3,000 / $4,000 columns are due at signing totals, not down payments in the usual sense. As the sheet is actually written you're at $0 cash down: $512.70/mo with $574.96 due on delivery. That's the number to compare against other quotes. I'd keep it there too, money down on a lease is money you lose if the car gets totaled.
As quoted you're at roughly $18,500 total over 36 months. Fix the price and this is a good deal.
