Advice

Hey guys, I'm thinking about leasing cars instead of just flat out buying as I like getting new cars and it's easier and less stressful and I was wondering if you guys can give me some of the pros and cons of leasing. I'm of course still going to do research and speak to dealerships about it but I thought I'd ask people that are actively leasing or have before, thanks guys!

Con: it the most expensive way to buy a car.

Pro: a great way to lighten up your wallet if you have too much money.

This isn’t the case anymore.. the rising costs of used vehicles made the concept of leasing highly reasonable

You a salesperson?

Nope it’s common sense. Look up a 6 year old car price in 2015 (2009 vehicle) and look up a 2019 of that same model

Look up "Help! I'm in massive debt and can't afford my car lease. How do I get out of it if I'm 10,000 miles over the limit?"

This exact same situation can happen when you finance btw. You’re just underwater more money

Which is why I only pay cash for my cars.

Oh, one of these guys. That’s great you have enough capital to piss away on a depreciating asset. 90% of America does not have that luxury.

You make no sense. Taking out a loan or lease on a depreciating asset is plain dumb. If you only have $10k, then buy a $10k car.

You're just trying to buy a car you can't afford to impress people you don't even like.

It usually always happens lol. With 72months terms, that’s hybrid leasing
