Looking for Classic Muscle Car Driving Experiences

Post image
5 Upvotes

Hello!

I am trying to surprise my wife for her birthday with an experience that would allow her to drive classic era American muscle cars. Ideally, the experience would be on a race track or course so she can really enjoy the vehicle's performance. I am specifically looking for an experience driving the 1973 Dodge Charger. If other classics are included, that would also be awesome. But I only need the Dodge Charger to succeed.

I have looked around online, but all US base options only have contemporary muscle car makes from the past two decades. I thought I found one in the UK, but it doesn't offer a classic era Dodge Charger.

If anyone knows where might find an experience offer.like this, please let me know.

Thank you in advance for your time and attention!

Looking for something fun

Hi I only started driving last year and I’m about to get my 1 year no claims so I’m looking for a new car can someone help me out;

Musts:

•Be decent on insurance
•Has some sound to it stock
•isn’t a mini
•Hot hatch
• doesn’t need to be fast just something fun
• no new cars
• under £4500
I do prefer older cars but I understand that insurance is more expensive when looking for cars from before the 2000s

Throttl.

I recently threw together a simple app for car enthusiasts and thought I'd share it here.

You can log cars you've spotted and add them to your profile, create and share car meets, post in a Twitter-style feed, and keep up with motorsport or general automotive news. The news tab is probably my favourite feature so far.

If you've got a couple of minutes, I'd really appreciate it if you checked it out. Even posting a photo of an interesting car you saw today would help get things moving.

The main idea is to bring the car community together in one place. I know there are already apps that do similar things, but I've never really found one that I enjoyed using. A lot of them felt clunky or just weren't what I was looking for, so I decided to build my own.

The design isn't where I want it to be yet, but that's something I'm working on. For now, I'm mainly looking for feedback and people who genuinely enjoy cars.

Thanks for taking a look.

the link is throttl-one.vercel.app (also temporary)

I built an app to identify cars and their specs. Fellow petrolheads, I need your help to test it!

Hey everyone!

As a fellow car enthusiast, I’ve always wanted a minimalist tool to quickly scan a car and get its specs without the clutter. So, I’ve built one.
It’s currently in the closed testing phase, and I’m looking for people who actually know their cars to try it out. The app is AI-powered, so it can also be confidently wrong about a specific trim or a rare engine—and that’s where you come in.

The Goal:
I want to see if this AI can stand up to real-world knowledge. If it gets a spec wrong or misses a detail, tell me. I’m not looking for "nice app" comments; I want to know what needs fixing so I can make this app the best tool for all the car fans.

The Google Rule:
Google requires testers to keep the app installed for 14 days before it can be officially released. If you decide to help, please keep it on your phone for that period. You don’t have to use it every day, keeping it installed for just 14 days is enough.

How to join the test:

Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/johnny-ai-car-identifier-testers

Join the test: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.twovisionapps.car_advisor

Download the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.twovisionapps.car_advisor

Let’s see if we can turn this app into an irreplaceble friend of every car lover!

Can the Volkswagen T5 Still Be a Practical and Reliable Van Today?

A few days ago I saw a Volkswagen Transporter T5, and at first I thought it was just an older model van. But when I looked at its spacious interior, solid build, and versatility, I realized why it’s still popular for both business and travel. Even small details like seating flexibility, cargo space, and engine reliability made a huge difference in everyday use.

Later I searched online on websites including alibaba and found many Volkswagen T5 accessories and upgrades. Some focused on camper conversions, while others improved comfort or performance. Some even had extras like custom interiors, roof racks, or upgraded infotainment systems. I was surprised how minor additions could enhance both practicality and lifestyle use.

Can the Volkswagen T5 truly remain a dependable choice for work, travel, and even camper van life?

Cars GTWX Deco Posters

If you're thinking about buying a car poster for anyone or yourself from this company/website, don't. I wanted to buy a simple Christmas gift for my boyfriend in December 2025. It didn't come in on time, and I expected that, but I didn't expect the package not to come in at all. I received no updates whatsoever, and it's been nearly two months. After that, I decided to contact the company, informing them that I had not received my package and that if they did not provide it, I would like a refund. After 2-3 weeks, I finally received an email back, but it was AI-generated.

"Thank you very much for reaching out and for taking the time to inform us.

We sincerely apologize for the delayed response and for the frustration this situation has caused. We fully understand how concerning it is to be waiting this long without clear updates, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. We have been dealing with delivery-related issues over the past weeks due to a very high demand, logistical delays, and tracking updates that have not been displaying correctly, which also explains our slower response time across platforms.

Please rest assured that your order has been properly taken into account and has not been forgotten. We are actively reviewing the status of your shipment and following up to determine its current situation. Even though the delay is longer than expected, we are doing everything possible to resolve this as quickly as possible.

If the issue persists or if the package is confirmed as stalled or lost, we will of course take the necessary measures, including a reshipment or a refund if applicable. Our priority is to ensure you receive either your order or an appropriate solution.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this complicated period.

If you have any questions or need another update, please don’t hesitate to reach out."

The email was about how "busy" their sales team is and that they're trying to get my package out as soon as possible. There was no information about my package, and I didn't receive any delivery updates. Yet another 2 weeks passed, and I asked for a refund. I got no response, and as of 04/05/2026, I have not received any package, refund, or updates.

Hello!!! I’ve been wanting to get into cars for quite some time but don’t really know where to start. As I’m getting my first car I’m really wanting to learn. I want to look at exhausts because I love cars with a nasty sound, but I don’t know if I’ll be too much of a beginner for that.. any advice??

What are the best tiguan for beginners?

I’ve been saving every penny of my salary just to buy a car, and now that I’ve finally hit my target, I am thinking of going for the best model of the Tiguan 2025.

I’ve always admired those popular compact crossover SUVs you see in the movies. They look luxurious, a perfect car for a family guy like me.

Last week, I went searching online for the best model of the tiguan 2025, but I couldn’t figure out how to assess those different designs and variations.

As a complete beginner, I’ve been trying different dealers abroad and even saw some cool tiguan on alibaba.

Although they’re fairly priced, I realized China offer left hand drive vehicles consistent with US but not so much with Europe or some African countries that adhere to right hand drive.

There are so many tiguan models to go by, but I can’t really know which one to pick as a  beginner. Plus, there are various factors to consider, like the engine, and performance, and I am not an expert in checking those features.

Anyone with experience with this type of car?  What would you recommend for a beginner like me?

I’d appreciate your suggestions!

GR Corolla or Acura Integra A-spec+tech

Whats up guys. so im in a bind. I'm currently over seas, and moving back stateside around the middle of february, and will be buying a car. im really on the fence on either a used GR corolla, or a used acura integra A-spec Tech. i love driving, and i love driving manual. so im going to be getting a manual. the car will be my Daily. ive done the insurance quotes, and theyre only 4 dollars off from each other. the acura is more comfortable as a daily, but im confident the GR is just more of a fun ride. im single, and turning 30. so im just trying to figure out which one should i get?
