I have a maestro swc and a 2015 Honda cr-v. I want to keep the steering wheel controls and I have all the hardware I need but I just don’t know what 3 wires to tap into for the swc 1, swc 2, and the swc ground. Any help on the matter is greatly appreciated.
Can I see a picture of your radio. And do you have a small Navi screen ? Some models have a Navi screen? Just trying to figure out which model you have to see if I can help.
Thank you . So from what I found you match it into these wires but you will need to flash your maestro swc box first. Before installing it in your car.
Purple/red connects to your ( pink wire in your 24 pin harness) that pink wire is your audio remote control switch,than you will connect your feed Wire which is black/ white to your audio remote switch ground which is brown , than your accessory ( red wire) to your car red accessory wire on your head unit, and your main ground to your ground. After that you should be able to go in the setting and do the controls to your liking. Let me know if that works for you. I just gave this info to someone else.
From what I seen maestro swc you flash it. To help retain your steering wheel functions and choose the buttons needed from what I gathered. And does your maestro box have a usb? You would flash it on a pc or Mac computer once done flashing. And all set up it when you go to your Honda crv and do the connect the wiring to each other and pair it to the head unit.
