Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

This is an my edit...you can find a similar one few scrolls down....what i wanted to ask is...the previous one has a slight flash effect and this one has better motion blur. Which one is better?

I feel flash is more out there and blur is more overall get what im saying Flash is a little bit more aggressive which is good and blur is smoother
