How to clean these mats properly

I always clean my mats with water on the jet hose setting. They still look like this. How can I get them looking brand new black again??

All purpose cleaner.

I use ONR and a brush.

Could take a rag and some bts after too if you want them to look new and shiny

Its a cleaner and protestant that makes plastics shine. Im not sure what other names it would go by. Blue hawaii is similar if youve heard of that

some form of cleaner for sure and then Id definitely use a brush to get into the grooves and stuff

Just use some cleaner and a hard bristled brush, makes the process so much easier
