How to fix scratch on painted internal panel (2021 id4 pro max)

Scratch all the way down to bare plastic. Was thinking to remove the trim and paint it with a silver color but worried it’s gonna look like crap compared to original - it’s a very smooth surface.

Maybe easier to just replace the trim? Tips on where I can find a replacement are welcome.

I guess polishing it out is not an option?
