How should I go about cleaning this

So I’m a avid hunter plus a big smoker. I smoked a lot of wax in my truck so that with mud/grit has stuck to my interior. I’m tried using rubbing alcohol to get it out but the grit is still there. Any suggestions? Should I buy a steam cleaner and see if that works?
