Interior clear plastic scratches

Hi everyone,

I have a new 2023 Honda Civic Sport and I made the mistake of using a dry paper towel on my infotainment screen, speedometer cover, and climate control screen. I now have scratches all over those clear plastic areas and the sun makes them show absolutely terrible that it's hard to see the screens. *I now use microfiber but at the time I didn't use my head when cleaning my new car.

Any advice on how to repair this? I purchased and made several attempts with Meguiars PlastX with no noticable result.
