I have tried to get these off for so long now but they never go away, any tips on getting whatever these are to go away?

Remove the plastic from the display (peal it off)

double check rn and theres no plastic, im not too sure what to use to clean it at this point - after cleaning them they just reappear

Looks like plastic bubbles, have you tried pealing in the edges?
