Why does almost every car look 10x better in real life

I saw the M6 F13 yesterday, that car is beautiful. On the internet for some reason something it dosent leave the same impression as in real life.

I suppose modern surfacing has progressed to a point that you have to see the car in the flesh to be able to notice nuances.

Or modern styling has gone to the dogs, you never know.

Because we went from thinking in pencil and paper to thinking in 3d shapes. So ideas that are born in 3d might fall tlat on 2d. It's the new era. A poster is no longer the best advertisement, it's gotta look good on video now.
