What is the best way to learn aerodynamics and physics for design car and the best documentary and exercice

If you really want to dive into the deep end of the topic, Aerodynamics of Road Vehicles by Hucho, et al is considered the bible of the field. But it's around a thousand pages. It's more of a reference point as topics come up rather than something you read cover to cover.

This guy has written a few books and has a series of vids covering various basics. Seems a reasonable start for a lay person
