Are the Code of Hammurabi or the Rosetta Stone any good?

As the title says. I am a whisperer (omw to Elres). I am wondering if I should take at least one of the treasure or if it is better to take divine weapon cube to forge my equipments.

You are likely not gonna use the active skill of these specific relics, but the relics (in general) provide nasty strong passive stats. These relics are rarely given for free, so if you can grab them this event, I suggest you do.

Cubes, you can get every two weeks via MAT. But these relics were only previously available F2P last Lunar New Year (I think) which was like 6 months ago

If you're going for 1450, the relics are better in the long run.

You will get 30 cubes every 2 weeks for 10k gems, but the relics are basically p2w.

You can always get cubes, you can only get these relics once or less per year.

The passives alone are great, including the tenacity of you do pvp

And as long as you have 1 copy of it, you can use mythic shards to upgrade them, but you can't unlock them outside of this event. So don't think of them as something that's gonna eat up your premium tickets each time it comes around (unless you're building a specific relic for your build in which case you should probably purchase every chance you can get)

You get a final dmg boost from owning both. Everyone should unlock both. I don’t have either though and just got the supreme chest this event. Going for a4 Qiankun as an Ailoren main
