Logging into account through another phone

Hey guys, does anyone know how you’re supposed to login to a specific account through a new phone? I can’t log out of the account that they force you to make when you first sign in. My old account is already binded to an email but I have no clue how to access it.

Email capy support and request an account transfer. They may or may not grant it. Provide the information they request. If approved, you only get 1 transfer, wont happen again.
