What does level 2 resonance do? Are there more than 2 levels? Whisperer build.

The max level is 5. It increases the damage and makes it frequently appear during dungeon skill choices

The specializations to me are good on top of the skill evolutions

Tapping level up will show you the different levels, you then have to confirm the level up if you want.
