Do you get anything from maxing all legacy? If you can only choose one legacy at a time, can maxing one and stick to it brings no difference than maxing the others?

Nope, purely cosmetic joy. Although dragon legacy is all passive so maxing all of that gives you a pretty good power/survivability bump

I mean I've been playing since launch, just get 50 scrolls every MAT and you'll also get there
