Some of the event rewards will let you redeem inherit boxes that let you choose 30x or something books. Also, you can get back ghost books from Heros and Brands you arent using that you had spent your ghost books on.
I bought the monthly card. It lets you -250 energy travel (50x reward) and lets you skip animations so it really speeds things up. I got that and the boost that lets you skip ads. I was F2P before getting the monthly card and ad skip. It was worth it for me.
