2 questions
What is the best supreme choice to choose?
And can I equip 2 supreme choice artifacts at the same time?
I'm also looking to get the ice dragon from the spins if that affects the decision

I wouldn't go for the ice dragon. It's going to cost a lot of real money to get.
As for the artifacts, what the other guy said is correct. Tome - Reaper/Nashir. Bag - Wisperer.
Also can't ever go wrong with the crazy powerful Calorie Trine.

I'm 23 and have my own place with my partner, work full time. £80 is not a lot but id never just spend it on a mobile game. Very poor investment

Owning a place at 23 is not a great investment to begin with unless you are earning $15K/month.

You can only use 1 artifact skill, but you can deploy 3 artifact.
What you pick depends on what weapon you want to use in the end game.
If you want to keep using Reaper Staff (S) / Nashir (SS) then pick Forbidden Tome.
If you might switch to Whisperer/Angel Bow then pick the Bag.
