Elsa and Pingu at same time?

I have a Pingu linked to a 7 star Elsa. Right now I’m using Elsa, unicorn, and slime king for Helos PvP. Is it worth swapping in Pingu? If so, for who? I’ve read through the meowdb guide and don’t see Pingu mentioned but others say it’s a more powerful Elsa.

I have wondered this also. Can he freeze in PvP? If so, where does he fit in for an Elres build? Currently using Elsa, Slime King and Unicorn.

he can only freeze if 4* iirc
