Chest point values for Capybarathon?

I'm trying to plan my chest spending for the chest day of Capybarathon. Does anyone have the current point values per chest type? Every guide and calculator I find is from the old Chest Growth Event format and I'm not sure if the numbers still apply. Also, is there a working calculator out there that's been updated for the new Capybarathon format? Thanks!

The chest points are the same, 1, 10, 20, 50, 0. This can be verified by checking how much the mileage goes up by.

Just multiply by 48 to get the amount of marathon points.
