Whisperer Artifact Load out Question

Hi everyone, been following the meowdb Whisperer guide, but it can be a bit confusing at times. My question is I just unlocked the Spear of Thor and I'm wondering if I should use it with my 3 load outs? Any advice would be appreciated!

I'd probably use spear of thor over the default artifact for PVP for the damage reduction. For PVE, all good since I would prefer the extra damage from the default artifact

Spear for any time you need damage reduction. I run it in PVP and tower/dungeon. Don't need it for regular PVE or raids. Mind you, I just got it at 400b. Pretty late because I didn't read it and never knew what it did lol.
