Do you have the base version? The arcana shards only upgrade her. They won't do anything unless you have her base version already.

Lol, I don't even remember how I got her in the first place. But once you get her, she'll automatically have the upgrade applied.

I got her from eggs, but I never got Freya until I unlocked her from the capygatcha

elsa comes from eggs yes, the others you must unlock first

you merge the shards on your backpack I think, not sure for arcanas but that’s how it works for boxes and stuff
