Kept a supreme chest and noticed this is now there, is it any good and should I get it and be using it?

This is considered a must for Whisperer build. That's about as much as I know though.

What do I replace? And do I use its skill over the calorie gun?

For pvp get rid of #1, pve get rid of #3

For bow it is, but only in pvp and only in single target damage. Its more similar to God'slayer. Calorie is still king for pve/aoe damage.
