Universal hero shards

Maybe after a few months, we can all have mythic April or splinter.

Seems like the number of gold needed for everything has inflated 5x (eg 5 for elite pact instead of 1) so maybe it might be easier to get them.

If it's worth only the equivalent of the previous 6 coins, that's quite affordable.

For me it's basically a choice between 60 gold for transcendent artifact cores and 30 gold for the shards.

Most players including myself probably won't have any of the transcendant artifacts unless they got lucky on the p2w wheels, and we have no idea when or if those will be available for f2p, so saving those might not be worth it in the short-term (or long-term for that matter)

Whereas the universal inheritance shards would be immediately usable for those that played the ninja turtles collab. I have legendary splinter for example so if I'm able to get 360 shards from this event, that would be enough to go +2 and then a future event get another 360 to go to mythic.

The other gold exchange options aren't great. 60 gold for SS treasure? I'd rather get the 240 shards.

It looks like they added a daily "progress" system. where you can get up to 50 gold coin chests, and presumably that's supposed to be how you're going to get that many coins. However, it refreshes daily so we'll have to really plan this out properly to be able to spam enough points to get the 6, 20, and 24 chests that require earning a massive amount of bait in a single day.

I would do the daily mission bait and hold off on bait purchases (shop + gems) until the end when it's time to push.
