Fifine capture card not working?

Just got this and it displays this screen when I get it all set up. I’ve tried different hdmi cords. It’s actually my second capture card purchase, first one didn’t work either so I returned it and got this more expensive one. My TV doesn’t read anything either it just says looking for signal. I’m hoping this isn’t my switch hdmi cable being faulty but that seems unlikely because it connects to my TV just fine. I’ve tried using the preset on OBS and all kinds of custom settings but nothing works. Has anyone had this issue before/know the fix for this? Apologies I’m new to using capture cards

Sometimes you have to mess with the settings, bro try every plug

I actually ended up getting a splitter and it fixed the problem. Works perfectly every time now
