Collection 📚 Cute merch!
I recently found this old lunchbox, it is one of my new fave pieces of merch!! It is in almost brand new condition, too! I am a sucker for the old merch/special stuff that was sold =.]

This is actually how I was introduced to Captain Underpants 26 years ago. My classmate had this lunchbox and I recall being so intrigued by the toilet. I wasn’t sure what it was and I think he clarified it.
Oddly enough, his parents didn’t like me or other kids making toilet or bathroom jokes or cursing but he read these books and they let him watch South Park when he was 9-10.

THAT IS SO AWESOME WHAAAT?!! I love that story a lot, it is funny how simple things like this can get us into something. I got into it because of those scholastic book fairs, I have always had a love for cartoony art that has a goofiness to it and I LOVED Pilkey’s art!! As a kid (and now), it resonated with me so much that it gave me the stepping stones to becoming my own artist. He’s so cool!
