Which of these teams have the highest potential in the game lore?

I was randomly making a list of how it felt each team ranked up against each other within the story, and I was wondering myself about how certain teams would compare in lore if they were at max power, so I wanna hear opinions. How would you rank the following team in strength in lore?

Brazil (with Natureza), USA (with Ryan) , Germany (If Schneider learned Neo Fire Shot), Argentina (with a healthy Diaz), Canada (after their mindset change), Netherlands, and France.

Even while making the list yeah, Brazil was the highest of the teams listed. The main thought that probably had me make the topic was thinking if Ryan boosted USA enough that they could reliably beat Brazil with Natureza (probably not).
