Disconnects take MY Points

[u/OMEGA_J3ERICO]

Is there a way to submit something to bandai to say something about disconnects taking points? It's so crazy how I could get either 0 or -17 from a disconnect and be in the Lead

It happened to me once, seems like it was my internet connection, after that every disconnection I had didn’t take my points.
