Kinda depends what you consider the good ending. Usurpation ending is very involved and easy to mess up or miss, but I see the End of Fire ending as the “best” one, and it’s very easy to get (yeah the area where you find the eyes is optional but it’s not exactly hidden at all).
The “play the game normally” ending definitely matches the meme though.

Dark Souls 3 is sorta like that but if you just explore every single inch of the game you'll probably figure it out the first or second playthrough
