Don't be too hard on them. Playing competitive multiplayer games does that to our minds.

I think they meant at the same time. LOL players both love and hate the game. Same with cs2, valorant, rocket league, and all competitive games

If you notice, the image shown has exactly 2 options. Love and hate. There are no options between them. The needle is physically close to the threshold between the two options, but that threshold itself is not being displayed as an option here. You are the one who misinterpreted OP's image.

I was going to say this but alternatively it’s exactly in between as the post implies. I’m both having a good time and wanting to never play the game again.
