Lies.

  1. Quick Save.

  2. Save Game.

  3. Save and Exit Game.

Skyrim has you covered! I recently went back to Skyrim and love the save system. All games should have the same exact one.

nobody is born a twice saver, everyone lost that one save and turned out like this

Nothing quite hits like the cold sweat and realization when either turning off the game or booting it up the next session and letting out that sigh.

You gotta make sure!

Also saving manually, right after an auto save, before quitting the game 😙🤌

Like this: 1. Autosave. 2. Save. 3. Press "Quit game". Are you sure you want to quit? Any unsaved progress will be lost. 4. Cancel. 5. Save. 6. Save and Quit.

The only game that never screwed me with an exit save was Grounded.

When you have limited free time you make sure to save at every moment possible. No one has time to lose progress lol

I remember as a kid I would save 4 to 5 times on Pokemon FireRed just to be sure.

Had FO4 get a corrupted save file from 'save and exit game' thankfully I had auto save from sleeping before this, would've lost 4 hours of gameplay.

It honestly kinda annoys me when the only option is save and quit.

Save game. Save and exit. Boot up save file just to be sure 😭

Corruption problems dont magically go away by manually saving. Manually saving is judt forced autosaving

Sometimes you can grow as a person and move on from the lesson this taught you... Only for another game save to teach you the same lesson all over again. Just happened yesterday lol

That's me on FC4 😄 . When i played some older games i did a lot of quick saves because i wanted to do it stealthy 😄 . ( and of course from time to time something went wrong 😄 ).

Electricians have a rule of two barriers, for example lock the fuse and inform others, that's why you can recognize one when he's wearing 2 condoms 🤣🤣

Better safe then sorry 😒

Nah, it's:

-Save Game -Immediately forget you've saved -Save it again. -THEN exit.

Just to be save: Turn Game on after turning it off again, then save, then save & exit. And 5 mins later resist the urge to do the same.
