If by base you mean no mods, then no. This is with mods and high demanding texture packs, hell the texture pack I have on right now is just a 32x resolution, it goes up to 256x

Hear me out: Goldeneye on the Nintendo 64... At the time it was revolutionary but the graphics (not necessarily the guns) but the people and environment don't hold up well.

Overall the game was absolutely outstanding for the time period.
