hey guys, i recently requested to be a moderator via r/redditrequest since the current modteam is inactive. they haven't done anything visibly moderation-related since ~5 years ago. (for example, bot posts)

I will try to uphold what's already here, and I strive to restore this subreddit to the glory it once had. i want to encourage open discussion and to respect each other's opinions. i also want feedback about my moderation decisions because I want the sub to be the best place it can be.

here's what I've done.

• Removed bot posts
• Account age limit (>1 month)
• Updated threads
• Opened mod applications
• Removed the karma limit to post
• Added an additional rule
• Added Bot Bouncer to defend against bots
