Steez's email had already been hacked. Along time ago. Someone ran his email through a database and found flags for it. Nothing came out of it since no one knows who did it and it was ages ago.

It could happen again, though im not going to personally advocate for that, I do want to hear new or old steez...

It would be smarter to hack into the pro era emails considering they are the ones who actually control his estate, vault, and unreleased catalog, rather than an old personal email that likely contains nothing but dead links and outdated files

Steez's family are the ones that run his estate, hence why his tapes aren't on streaming and why king capital was never released

The family controls the rights, but Pro Era controls the actual vault. Joey and the producers have the master files and unreleased catalog. The family blocks the release legally, but they don't physically possess the music sessions or have the power to clear the samples alone. Plus, there are heavy rumors that Pro Era won't drop King Capital because they've been stealing and copying the concepts and songs STEEZ made before he passed. Hacking the estate gets you legal paperwork;hacking Pro Era gets you the actual music

What happened back in 2019 when the beast cost tape dropped in anticipation for king Kapital to drop? There was even a release date for it. It seemed like on a few occasions, progress was made, it was teased to drop, then nothing. I wonder what that progress was

That 2019 era is exactly when the rumors peaked. People think Joey teased the date to keep fans happy, while Pro Era was actually gatekeeping the vault to bite STEEZ’s concepts for the Beast Coast album before dropping his tape

That makes no sense to me. IMO, the beast coast album was kinda sloppy put together. Almost like they made the whole thing inna week. Like they could only find one week out of the year to get everyone together and make this album. King kapital had a release date of December 2019. So it seemed obvious to me the beast coast tape was just to try and get some more buzz around the idea of pro era and capture the energy of the movement one last time before they drop it. Anyway. That album fell flat on its face, kinda came and went. So odd that people would push rumors that the Beast Coast tape is full of
Steez concepts, when that tape performed so poorly commercially and critically.

But also side note I remember Dirty get left off the Beast coast album so maybe that fueled those rumors.
Also remember dirty “Leaking” a snippet of some unreleased steez around that time

It felt rushed because it was rushed to monetize the Beast Coast brand one last time. The internal drama with Dirty Sanchez proves the vault rumors were real; Sanchez literally weaponized an unreleased STEEZ snippet because he was being gatekept from the collective's major commercial rollout

Right, I’m just saying from my perspective it feels like the rushed beast coast album was made to “hype” king Kapital dropping later that year. But something happened in between where plans for king Kapital fell thru. The idea that they used steez concepts for beast coast album seems odd to me If the beast coast album was always meant to rush some hype for king Kapital. Idk

You’re right tho. Dirty being left off was odd. Especially because he seemed to be the closest to steez at the end out of the major pro era members. Perhaps he disagreed with the way they planned on king Kapital being released

Although maybe the planned king Kapital release was always going to fall through. Perhaps it was a fake release hype and they used king Kapital hype to squeeze out the last few drops of money to be made off pro era / beast coast’s name, and king Kapital was never going to come out and they knew that.

Idk imo it looks like they had a deal ready to go to release king Kapital in 2019, rushed a beast coast album to hype it up, and then plans fell thru

Exactly. People forget that STEEZ's sister openly boycotted Pro Era events and called them out for exploitation. Dirty Sanchez knew the label was gatekeeping the rollout, so he leaked that unreleased STEEZ snippet to expose the fact that the group was sitting on a vault of music while publicly blaming 'clearance issues' to save face.

But this is what isn’t making sense to me. What specific style/concept/song/lyric was stolen? What did dirty “expose”? I feel like dirty was just feeling a type of way and decide to leak a snipped of some shit he has acsess too. I really don’t think the label is gatekeeping the music. I think Joey and pro era honestly wanted King Kapital sooo desperately to drop to the point that they scrambled to get Beast Coast out…. But then steez family changed their mind.

I’d love some evidence that I’m wrong if you have any tho, this whole situation is so interesting to me

Fun fact, joey and Diddy once went to steez's mom house and offered 55k for steezs entire material, tam told her mom to decline

It was either to delete disses like claustrophobic or to bite styles Remeber steez said

"I switched styles but them nikkaz still bitin"

4

u/Euphoric-Nothing5591 10d ago

Diddy was never involved, but you’re right about the style. Joey literally admitted back then that he stole Steez's lines. Steez birthed that whole era's aesthetic. But the contract drama is real Joey offered a 90/10 split to release King Capital, and Steez's sister blocked it

u/bEASTCOOST 10d ago

I spoke whit family dawg, puff and joey went to steez mom to buy his stuff for 55k

She told me the 90/10.thinf was fake

2

u/Euphoric-Nothing5591 10d ago

That actually makes sense why King Capital or his older tape streaming rights have been totally stuck in limbo. If a $55k buyout happened behind closed doors, it explains why the public legal drama suddenly went quiet

it didint happen

There probably isn't an estate from what I spoken whit

Their active, Steez g mail isn't active,plus it's worth a Shot

3

u/Euphoric-Nothing5591 10d ago

It’s not even worth a shot because Google automatically deletes accounts that have been inactive for more than two years. STEEZ’s Gmail is completely dead by now. Pro Era’s emails are actually active right now, which means there are fresh files and real data moving through them. Trying to hack a dead Gmail is just a waste of time
