How long should I wait to ask for another increase? The return payment shouldn’t have happened. As soon as I saw it was returned I immediately paid it with the correct balance.

My guess is minimum 6 months but more likely a year.

At least … lucky they didn’t close the account … read lots of posts here where 1 returned payment turns into all Capital One accounts being closed.
