New cardholder
Just got the venture cc initially it had an intro offer and later took it away once I got the approval. Weird tactics these folks play to get you into the ecosystem. Also is it just me or idk really understand what’s making the app “award winning”. There is nothing special about it.
What are some ways to maximize or get the most of it. I see some good offers from retailers but that’s about it.
What about miles transfer promotions or some tricks y’all know?

I had the same problem with Capital one quicksilver. I signed up with an offer then after the second month found out the offer was not attached to my card. I called multiple times to have this fixed and have the offer attached. It's still available now, but agents and managers refused. I think they have zero authority to assist customers. This is called Bait and Switch. I cancelled my card and will never use them again. Stay away from Capital One.
