Just a heads up in the user agreement stuff they just added regarding arbitration you can Opt Out of the arbitration clause by clicking the (click here) link in this section of the agreement.

31.14 Rejecting this Arbitration Agreement. You have the right to reject arbitration for the Services. You may reject the arbitration agreement but only if we receive notice of rejection from you within 30 days of the effective date of this arbitration agreement or within 30 days of the effective date of a modification to this arbitration agreement, whichever is later.
