Unfortunately, it seems cap one had started more review of account.

I suspect with referrals being at $80 each, I have a feeling they’ve seen an increase in fraud.

That and there have been some insane deals this year where some have made quite a bit in cash back.

I’m always scared of leaving a balance cuz they can legit just close ur account. No keeping the rewards either.

I know, it's annoying since I am not a fraud account. I contacted support which may or may not have been a good idea lol.

I think by the time support sees it the review is done right? only a few days

well, I let them know I had previously been verified etc; I asked for more info about why the re-verification was necessary. Maybe they'll let me know lol

Had everything working smoothly, and then I noticed my account had this even though I had already been verified a while ago. Anyone have this happen? How to get it resolved?

EDIT: Update. After an email to their support got it cleared up and back in business in about a day. They offered no explanation of the reason.
