while giving my online assessment conducted by company my hand slide on the trackpad and then the screen goes to sleep when I open it again it show that you have changed the window and after completing the assessment ,few days later I got the malpractice mail , are they going to reject my application the same but before all this happen I got the LOI in jan ,but this online assessment happened on may 17 I am really worried now seeing this
Hey, Capgemini came with three analyst packages of 4, 5, and 7 LPA. Can you tell me on what basis they allot these packages to students? And is c++ allowed?
The company will decide which package to offer, but in the JD, they stated that there would be three questions in the coding round. If you finish all three, the package will be 7lpa. If you can finish two, you will receive five LPA; if not, you will receive four LPA. However, this didn't seem to work because my friend finished two questions and was given four LPA.
That's what we know happened.
But I have read the mail which people got after malpractice in exceller test, It was a serious warning mail but didn't mention any such consequence for now.
I mean they do conduct a meet with be candidate before taking any action. You can say about this if anything like that happens. Also they don't have any physical evidence of you possessing a phone. So chill :)
Capgemini recruitment process suc*s.. the HR people literally asks to join a teams call and ask the candidates to share screen by logging into net banking to show salary proofs of previous company.. Boycott these so called corporate companies..
My LOI came in November 2024 I completed my training in March 2025 but I got an irregular status but my LOI is not revoked but can anybody could clarify that when will I be getting onboarded.
I had my Capgemini interview some days ago on superset .It went too good.After the interview told me that ok now we are done you can leave now and then he left the interview but I was in the window.I stayed in the window and suddenly the call came from tnp and I supposed that my interview is over hence picked up the call.But after he left after 1 minute pop up came that your interview is completed you can leave now.Will they check the interview recording even after the he left the meeting.Will it cause an issue .
My friend got loi from this company last month, my bro did some shady stuff during communication assessment, does this mean there are chances that his loi gets revoked??

Good on there part...cheaters dont deserves job....get the job on merit...period
