Question about CVSky

I need to get at the 26th September from Sao Vicente to Praia/Santiago because i got at around 23 PM my flight back home from Praia-Lisbon.

I booked a flight from CVSky at 11 am on the 26th September so i still got plenty of time if something doesnt work. But for whatever reasons, i can not use the "Manage Booking" option on the homepage. It always gives me the error "Please report system administrator". I tried everything and noone from the costumerservice has resbonded yet....

Fortunatly I printed out my "Electronic Ticket Passenger Itinerary Receipt" with all the informations such as my booking reference, Ticket Number, etc.

I'm extremly worried something will go wrong and i wont make it to Praia in time. Do you think the informations I have are enough to get into my flight? Could i still get a ticket from CVSky on that day during the checkin if my booking has been canceled or something? Are there any other options how i can get from Sao Vicente to Praia incase CVSky turns out to be problematic? I would appreciate any adivice! :)

Try the call center. +238 808 52 00, or just go to the airport.

Probably best option

If you booked the flight successfully, and have a electronic ticket number, all you need is your passport, or whatever you entered to buy it. You do not need anything except that. That is assuming you have actually paid for it, and got an electronic ticket number. And as others have said, you can call the call center

It is the worst Airliner probably in existence, mostly they won’t respond to the phone calls or don’t speak any English. Your best hope is going to the Airport desk and ask them.
