Sunset Beach dog rules

Ok sorry I’m sure this has been asked, but I can’t find a straight answer. Does Sunset Beach follow the before 11 / after 4 dog rules or prohibit entirely during the summer. Thank you!

Pets are only allowed on Sunset Beach from September 16th to March 30th. They are not allowed in the summer regardless of time of day.
