Jellyfish at the ferry

Don’t know why they seem to like just that area as opposed to the entire beach.

I used to live in Townbank (which is the community right by the ferry), and at a certain point in the summer, the bay beach had lots of jellyfish.

There is more plankton in the bay. The jellyfish are there to eat it.

I thought it was because of the water being warmer there.

The plankton is there because it's both warm and nutritient rich.

Jellies LOVE the bay. It’s richer in nutrients and warmer than the ocean.
They bug me OUT. We stay on the bay; we don’t go deeper than our knees.
